Data you provide: name, email, phone and the content of the messages you send through forms, email or messaging apps, as well as the information needed to provide legal services once you become a client.

We use the data to respond to your contacts and requests; provide and manage the legal services engaged; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; exercise rights in judicial and administrative proceedings; and keep the site secure and working properly.

The exercise of these rights is subject to the limits of professional confidentiality and the legal obligations applicable to the legal profession.

Information relating to clients and cases is protected by the professional confidentiality of the legal practice, set out in the Statute of the Legal Profession and the Code of Ethics. This duty may limit or prevail over certain access or deletion requests, as provided by law.
